Who clear aligners suit
Adults who want their teeth straightened but don't want to spend a year or two in visible metal brackets — often ahead of a wedding, a career change or a milestone birthday.
Teenagers who are motivated and organised. Aligners only work while they're in the mouth, so they suit a teen who will wear them 20–22 hours a day without being reminded.

The process
How aligner treatment works
1. Assessment and records
We check whether your case is suitable for aligners, and take the scans and images needed to plan the movement.
2. Digital plan
You see the planned sequence of movements, the number of aligners and the expected timeframe — plus the full cost, in writing.
3. Wearing the series
Each aligner is worn 20–22 hours a day and swapped on schedule. You take them out to eat and to clean your teeth.
4. Reviews
Short check-in appointments to confirm the teeth are tracking to plan.
5. Retainers
Once you finish the series, retainers hold the result. Teeth drift back without them.
The honest trade-off
Aligners are removable, which is both the advantage and the risk. Worn as directed they can produce an excellent result with far less visibility than braces. Worn inconsistently, treatment stalls and stretches out.
At your assessment we'll tell you plainly whether we think aligners or braces are the better fit for the movement required — and quote both so you can compare.
Appointments that fit around work
We run late on Wednesdays until 7:30pm and open Saturday mornings, so appointments don't have to cost you a day of work or a day of school.
