Yes. Anything beyond a routine appointment is quoted in a written treatment plan that sets out each stage and its cost. You take it home and decide in your own time.

Can I claim my health fund at the practice?

Yes, through HICAPS at reception. Your extras benefit is claimed instantly and you pay only the gap.

How do the payment plans work?

AfterPay splits eligible amounts into four fortnightly payments at 0% interest. Humm covers larger amounts over longer terms. Both are provided by third parties, and approval criteria and provider terms apply.

Is my child eligible for bulk billing?

Eligible children aged 2 to 17 can access a Medicare benefit under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule. Give us your child's Medicare details and we'll check both eligibility and the remaining balance before the appointment.

What if I can't afford the whole plan at once?

We can stage treatment, dealing with what's urgent first and scheduling the rest over time. Tell us your budget and we'll build the plan around it.
